Shipping is most important part of E commerce business Everyone want to receive their parcell in the fine condition and also on time. so we, Mouzlo.com use large network of couriers to deliver your parcell on time.
1. An order of Rs. 1000 and above, the order will be delivered at your door, free of cost. While order of less then Rs 1000, shipping and handling charge of Rs. 150 and will be paid by you.
2.Mouzlo.com dispatches goods through good courier company or own delivery boys. You can track your shipment or parcell status on mouzlo.com ( Enter your consigments number in to the Tracking system) or you can contact to customercare team at email@example.com
3. The courier boy will come for delivery after calling or confirmation your availability. However, a maximum of two attempts will be made for delivery if the customer is not available for the fisrt time. After that please contect to mouzlo.com customer care team in this kinds of situation.
4. In cash of COD, please keep change of order amount with you as delivery boy may have not loose change.
5. In cash of packing is damaged or product is open, please do not accept to parcel. Inform to customer care immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
6. mouzlo.com dispatch product with in 2 days of purchase made depending upon the availability of the specific product. If the product you ordered is not available, the same will be notified to you by an e mail. Also, any unforeseen issue or delay is informed by special update Email, SMS, Phone Call.
7. You can track your parcel progress via MY ACCOUNT section. If you are unable to track parcel progress regarding your order/ parcel/ delivery. Please send us an email or contact us at email@example.com
8. For Flowers, Sweets or other items that are perishable in nature, the delivery would be attempted only once. If the delivery is not executed during that attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
